Trouble Logging In?
Dear VITA-Learn Members. If you are having trouble logging in to your VITA-Learn account, it is likely that your old account has either been removed or "blocked." We have been trying over the last six months to update all accounts so that every account holder has information concerning their contact information. I have emailed account holders who are missing this information a number of times and most people have been able to update this information successfully.
If you find that you are no longer able to log in to your account, the best thing to do at this point is to simply create a new account. The procedure will ask you to fill out the contact information that is required, and a new account will be created once you receive an email authorizing the account. This only takes a minute to complete, but will help us bring your account information up to date.
