The DNA Ancestry Project is sponsored by National Geographic Society and IBM and provides information on a living experiment by mapping the genome of human evolution and distribution.
For an extra fee (I did it) you can send them some cheek cells and they will send you your DNA makeup and trace your ancestry.
Even if you don’t purchase the kit you can learn about
where your ancestors came from, their ethnic background, and how they have scattered throughout the world today.
